Talent Concept

Employment Concept

       Employ a person who is honest, selfless, loyal and reliable to Ever-Glory's cause, and not one who prioritizes personal interests over Ever-Glory's interests due to greed.

       Employ a person who is dedicated, innovative, daring to think and do, and take responsibility, and not one who sticks to conventions, speaks without action, or is cautious and afraid of taking responsibility.

       Employ individuals with a high level of professional ethics and those who can fulfill their duties conscientiously, and not ones who are irresponsible to everything and who always go their own ways arbitrarily.

       Employ people who prioritize teamwork, value overall collaboration, and understand self-reliance and self-improvement, and not those who have strong personal consciousness, and even are cunning, specialize in unscrupulous ways, or form cliques.

       Employ people who cooperate with others with humility and who are good at self-learning and progress, not those who are arrogant, conservative, and those who lack ambition.

Employment Concept

      Employ people with strong business skills and good habits in work and in life, and not those who are free spirited or disregard rules and regulations.
       Employ individuals being honest and trustworthy, maintaining a proper style of work, and having a high sense of responsibility to work and family, not those who may break faith, disregard social morality and ethics, and indulge in alcohol and sex.
       Employ those who serve the public interests with frugality, and who endure hardship and hard work, not ones who seek pleasure with an extravagant and wasteful lifestyle.
       Employ people who are virtuous and talented, who focuses on their work in a disciplined manner, not those who are talented but not virtuous, or who are careless in their work, and lack a sticking power.
       Employ people who are not discouraged by poverty and not insane with wealth, and not those who are psychologically vulnerable.

Fear leads to an old age;

If there is hope, you will be young,

Despair leads to old age;

Years wrinkle the skin,

But with enthusiasm lost,

It damages the soul.
