The personal quality, ability and personality charm of entrepreneurs are of extreme importance for the development of an enterprise and the growth of its employees. Being well aware of this truth and feeling my shortcomings deeply, I have not dared to slack off even for a short while; I always strive for self-reflection and self-cultivation in order to meet everyone's expectations. At the same time I will always share my experience and awareness with my work partners to inspire and encourage us to grow together.
If you pay a little attention at Ever-Glory, you will find that I rarely use the word ‘employee’, but rather use ‘Tong Ren (colleague)’ more often. Because I sincerely hope to create a stage for me and the people who are with me to fully unleash our talents, realize our dreams, and use this stage as an ideal experimental field, to create social wealth, and to gain recognition from society. My interpretation of corporate philosophy is: A philosophy is the soul of a company, and a company needs a philosophy recognized by all colleagues to regulate everyone's behavior. Only by unifying collective goals and individual goals as one, can we unite all colleagues into a strong team to accomplish common goals.
